Today at Tzofim, we started out with some games. We made a flag and then we found (Yally really showed us) a note from Willy Wonka. It said, something that I didn't understand. But I could tell it was about chocolate. We chose a name for our group and I can't remember what it is, but it was something about chocolate. And we started making fondue by putting chocolate and butter in a pot over a candle.
At first, it would not get hot enough, because the fire was not that big. We waited for about 20 minutes waiting for the chocolate to melt, wondering what we were going to dip in the fondue. It turned out to be marshmallows.
Yum!
The chocolate just wasn't getting warm so we decided to go inside because it was windy. We went inside, waited about 5 minutes, and when the chocolate really wasn't melting, we decided to put it in the microwave, in the teachers' room.
After we put the fondue in the microwave and it was all ready, we started dipping the marshmallows in. It was X-tra yummy!!!
After we finished the fondue, we got a call from Willy Wonka saying "col ha-kavod."
Raizi, That sounds like such fun. Wow. I didn't know Willy Wonka was a real person. He must be very old, since we read those books to your mother! Love, Grandma Carol
